Before writing any routine on fitness, I would like to ask a question to all my viewers that What Does Fitness means to you? Just leave your answers in comment section below.

If I ask this same question to some groups of people then some of them may say that for them fitness is all about going to gym daily or maintaining good diet, keeping yourself hydrated or all the said topics. But in reality the real meaning of fitness is to make your mind and body clean from pollution, toxic foods, alcohol, bad habits and bad wakeup and sleeping routine.

Let's focus on three things to be fit or come under fitness regime. I am saying fitness a "regime" because it is a long process and only  be achievable when done properly with consistency. So here are the three things everybody should focus on:

  1. Good Sleeping and Wake Up Routine
  2. Healthy and Nutritional Diet
  3. Exercise (Any form of exercise like Yoga, Weight Training, Cardio etc.)
